CLD’s February Soirée will premiere excerpts from the work-in-progress Tryptich, including an entire section set to François Couperin’s Troisième Leçon à deux voix, featuring the talent of sopranos Rachel Rosales and Tami Petty. Master pianist Kenneth Hamrick will play selections from Satie’s Gnossiennes for the ballet Satie Suite. Lavagnino will also present enticing selections of a new and developing collaboration with composer Scott Killian. Music also played Kenneth Hamrick on the harpsichord will accent the February evening.
